Wynn Al Marjan Island Hits 55% Completion Milestone in Ras Al Khaimah

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury gaming resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has reached an exciting milestone. Builders have completed 55% of the structural concrete. The main tower now stands at the 26th floor, and walls have extended to the 29th floor. This steady progress brings the UAE’s first casino resort closer to completion.

Luxury Meets Convenience on Al Marjan Island
Wynn resort is just 50 minutes away from Dubai International Airport. The resort will feature over 1,500 rooms, including private villas and suites. It will also offer 22 fine dining restaurants, large retail spaces, and a 20,900-square-meter gaming area. These attractions will boost Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as a global tourist destination.

The UAE’s First Casino Resort
This resort will introduce the UAE’s first casino. Visitors from around the world are expected to arrive. Construction is moving quickly, with the main tower set to reach its full height by late 2025. Wynn Resorts plans to open the resort in early 2027, combining luxury and entertainment.

Boosting Ras Al Khaimah’s Economy
Wynn Al Marjan Island will provide many benefits for Ras Al Khaimah. The project is creating jobs and boosting tourism. As a result, the emirate will attract more investors and visitors.

The $3.9-billion (Dh14.3 billion) Wynn Al Marjan integrated gaming resort will be a “must see” tourist destination in the UAE when it opens in 2027, said Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited.
