What are the terms of service for Seven X? The terms of service for Seven X govern the use of our VIP concierge, vehicle rental, and asset management platforms in Ras Al Khaimah. By accessing our services, clients agree to our operational protocols, payment terms, and liability conditions established under United Arab Emirates law.

1. General Provisions

These terms govern all transactions and communications facilitated by Seven X. We operate exclusively within the luxury sector, demanding the highest standards of conduct from our team and our clientele.

How are bookings confirmed?

A booking for any concierge service, holiday home, or vehicle rental is only confirmed once a secure payment has been processed and a designated executive issues written confirmation via our official WhatsApp channel or email.

2. VIP Services and Rentals

Seven X provides physical assets and logistical coordination. All physical rentals are subject to specific compliance checks prior to handover.

What are the conditions for luxury rentals?

Clients requesting luxury vehicle hire must possess a valid, recognized driving license and meet the age requirements stipulated by local insurance providers. The client assumes full responsibility for the asset during the rental period.

  • Security Deposits: A mandatory security hold is placed on a valid credit card prior to the delivery of any vehicle or sea craft.
  • Usage Limits: Vehicles and sea craft must remain within the permitted geographic boundaries of the UAE unless explicit written consent is provided.

3. Property Management

We manage elite waterfront properties across Al Marjan Island and Mina Al Arab. Both owners and guests must adhere to community regulations.

How is property management governed?

All holiday home leases are governed by the regulations set forth by the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority. Guests are prohibited from hosting unauthorized private events or exceeding the maximum occupancy limits stated in their booking agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute perfection in elite lifestyle management, certain external factors remain beyond our control.

What is the limitation of liability?

Seven X shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather disruptions, third-party vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances that affect your itinerary.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ras Al Khaimah courts.
